In a medium heavy pot heat the
oil and sauté onions until begin to have brown color.

Add meat chunks and cook until
brown and absorbed all the juices.

Add green peppers and cook for 1
minute. Than add tomato and red pepper paste and cook stirring for 2 minutes.

Now you can add tomatoes and
cook for 2 more minutes until tomatoes juices are shiny again.

Add hot water and simmer it for
1 to 1 1/2 hours until meats are cooked and soft.

Season with salt and black
pepper

Wash and drain the beans and add
them to the pan, cook together in a medium low heat about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve with
plain rice or fresh crusty bread.
