Dried Apricot Dessert

Ingredients:
• 10 oz Dried apricots
Syrup:
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups water
Filling:
• 1 cup kaymak ( Turkish thick cream)
• 1 cup Shelled Walnuts
Garnish:
• 1/4 cup pistachio, crushed
Preparation:
1. Soak the apricots in water overnight.
2. Next day boil the syrup, drain the apricots and add into the syrup. Boil for
15 minutes and then let cool.
3. Spread half a teaspoon of cream and place a walnut in each apricot. Garnish
with pistachio nuts.
