Milk and Potato Soup

Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1+1/2 cups flour
• 3-4 cups water
• 3 medium potatoes (cooked)
• Salt, ground black pepper
• Red pepper flakes, dried mint
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium pot then add flour and cook until gets little darker
in color.
2. Slowly add milk while stirring, then add water.
3. Dice potatoes small and add to the pot with salt and black pepper.
4. Cook until bubbly, add more hot water if needed for right consistency.
5. In a small skillet add 1 tbsp butter or corn oil and add dry mint and red
pepper.
6. When oil heats up enough pour the mixture to the soup and serve hot with
toasted bread slices.
