Rolled Phillo Dough With Feta Cheese

Ingredients:
 | 1 pack phillo dough (preferably #7) |
 | 1 cup feta cheese (mashed with fork) |
 | 1/2 bunch chopped parsley |
 | 1 egg |
 | black pepper and salt |
 | sunflower or corn oil for frying |
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except oil and phillo dough.
- Take half of the sheet from the package and cut them half from the long
side. You will get long and narrow rectangular sheets.
- To the short put about half tbsp of the filling. After folding from the
sides, roll over the sheet like a cigarette.
- Repeat until you finish the filling and all the sheets.
- Heat the oil. Fry them until golden brown and serve warm.
