Rolled Phillo Dough With Feta Cheese

Ingredients:

bullet1 pack phillo dough (preferably #7)
bullet1 cup feta cheese (mashed with fork)
bullet1/2 bunch chopped parsley
bullet1 egg
bulletblack pepper and salt
bulletsunflower or corn oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and phillo dough.
  2. Take half of the sheet from the package and cut them half from the long side. You will get long and narrow rectangular sheets.
  3. To the short put about half tbsp of the filling. After folding from the sides, roll over the sheet like a cigarette.
  4. Repeat until you finish the filling and all the sheets.
  5. Heat the oil. Fry them until golden brown and serve warm.
